The company was originally formed by a young Chris Dunphy working from a base in Littleborough, Lancashire, servicing and installing heating systems. The small company gained a good local reputation for quality workmanship and had established good links with consultants designing church heating systems.

In 1979 the company installed the heating in St John's Cathedral, Salford. In 1987 Christopher Dunphy Ecclesiastical Ltd went national, specialising only in the design and installation of heating systems for churches.

The company has been "highly commended" finalists 4 times over the years, underlining its complete commitment to its customers. Most impressively, Christopher Dunphy Ecclesiastical was a finalist for the 2001 HVAC Contractor of the Year award.

The company goes to exacting lengths to maintain its excellent reputation for quality.

Mike is the Installations Manager and is responsible for the installation of all new heating systems. He will visit all sites prior to work commencing. Mike is also there on completion and ensures that the company's high standards are maintained.
