1. Christopher Dunphy Ecclesiastical Ltd promise that when a quotation is accepted the price offered will be the final price unless you change the specification. We never charge '"extras". 2. We promise to use the best materials available and install all equipment to the manufacturer's instructions and all relevant British Standards. During installation we will conform to all requirements of the current Health and Safety Regulations.
   
   
3. We will minimise disruption to your place of worship during installation and treat it with the respect it deserves.
   
   
4. We will endeavour each Friday, to make the church clean and tidy to permit Sunday worship**, though we would ask that daily worship be elsewhere.
   
   
5. We will try and facilitate any funerals that may occur and ensure that materials and machinery are made as discreet as possible for these purposes**.
   
   
6. On completion we will clean, as far as possible, all areas affected by the installation.
   
   
7. On completion the system will be fully tested for performance and safety. The church members will be fully instructed on how to operate the system to the optimum.
   
   
8. We will fully guarantee all aspects of the installation as per your quotation.
   
   
9. We will endeavour to offer only the very best in design quality for your church, we use only tried and tested methods and equipment and use only the most skilled and professional staff. We are available for consultation prior, during and after installation.
